A magnificent barbeque will be held in the Courtyard for the second part of our anniversary celebrations. Enjoy a delicious two course dinner accompanied by the sounds of a jazz trio band, who will be performing throughout the night.

During the evening, the life sized bronze goat commisioned by the Club will be unveiled; the sculptress, Jane Hamilton, will also be in attendance.

For the past three year’s we have enjoyed a Battle Honours Lunch to remember the 70th Anniversary of a World War II battle.

Waterloo Dinner

Join us to celebrate the 197th anniversary of victory at the Battle of Waterloo. There will be a Champagne Reception followed by a three course Dinner with wine, port and coffee. This is one of the Club's 'Big Three' Dinners, and will be run, as far as possible, along the lines of a Regimental Mess Dinner.

The speaker will be Peter Snow CBE, British television and radio presenter, and author of ‘To War with Wellington: From the Peninsula to Waterloo’.

In remembrance of the 100th anniversary of the death of former Club Member, Captain Robert Falcon Scott, and in celebration of his last expeditions contribution to Antarctic science, we are delighted to welcome Elin Simonsson, Natural History Museum’s exhibition curator of ‘Scott’s Last Expedition’ to the Club.

Elin, along with a Collection Specialist from the Museum will share with us stories from the expedition as well as the great scientific legacy left for the nation.
